Late fall

This year, our fall weather was absolutely gorgeous. This was the day before Thanksgiving. The kids were having a great time and we even took a bike ride to the school about a mile away and played there for a while. I do a lot of bike riding to and from work and was able to continue into the 1st part of December before it started to get more wet than I prefer. I guess I am just a fair-weather rider.

HALLOWEEN!!!

I can't believe that Halloween has come and gone already. Here are the four munchkins in all their splendor. Jen, once again, did a great job with the costume hunting this year. I'm grateful for her creativity. If it were up to me, they would probably just go labeled as "Child #1, #2, #3 and #4."

It's soccer time again!

This is where we have spent much of our time this fall. With Breydon and Wyatt both playing and me coaching Wyatt's team, it really kept us running. Breydon is with the same team again this year that he was last year. It is fun to see the kids as they learn from year to year. Wyatt didn't have a coach and so I volunteered. I love this age group because all you basically have to do is make sure they are aimed in the right direction and let them go. Wyatt is already finished and Breydon has 2 games left. We have had a lot of fun with them but it will also be nice when it is over.
